For delays, compensation is determined by your arrival delay at the final destination. You must usually arrive 3 hours or more late to qualify, and for long-haul flights, compensation may be reduced by 50% if the delay is between 3 and 4 hours.

For cancellations, compensation depends on how close to departure the flight was cancelled and whether the airline is responsible. If the cancellation is at short notice and no suitable alternative flight is offered, you may be entitled to full compensation.

Pegasus Airlines Refund for a Cancelled Flight

What Is the SHY Passenger Regulation?
